Built in 2000, the Paintrock Cabin is the newest addition to Paintrock Ranch. It offers bedding for six (2 queen beds and 2 singles), though additional accommodations can be provided upon request. Custom-made log furniture, pine walls and exposed log beams add to the upscale-rustic, Western decor. The cabin is filled with windows, and an incredible view can be experienced from each. Nestled in a bend of the Paintrock Creek, guests of the cabin are treated to buttes, anticlines and the creek in virtually every direction.
The bi-level cabin offers central heating and air conditioning, a full kitchen (including dishwasher) and two full baths (one per floor). The upstairs loft features an open bedroom for four (queen sized bed and two singles), and a covered outdoor balcony that overlooks the creek. Downstairs includes a living room (complete with a floor to ceiling view of the red-rock anticline, couches, satellite television, and a wood burning stove for added warmth on chilly Wyoming Winter evenings), a bedroom for two (queen-sized bed), and a spacious dining room that seats ten and showcases views of the Paintrock. The cabin also features a streamside porch that extends down its side, perfect for grilling, or for catching up with family and friends.
